Itinerary
- Arrive in Moshi, Tanzania, the gateway town to Mount Kilimanjaro.
- Meet your guide and team for a pre-climb briefing and gear check.
- Rest and relax at your accommodation in Moshi, ensuring you're well-rested for the trek.
- Drive from Moshi to the Machame Gate (approximately 1-2 hours).
- Complete park registration formalities at the gate before starting the trek.
- Begin the hike through dense montane forest, gradually ascending towards Machame Camp.
- Arrive at Machame Camp, set up tents, and enjoy dinner before resting for the night.
- Depart Machame Camp after breakfast, trekking through the moorland zone.
- Ascend steeply up a ridge, gaining altitude as you approach Shira Camp.
- Enjoy panoramic views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the surrounding landscape.
- Arrive at Shira Camp, set up camp, and rest for the night.

- Arrive at Barafu Camp, set up tents, and rest for the night.
- Prepare for the summit attempt, organizing gear and resting before the midnight start.
- Wake up around midnight for a hot drink and light snack before beginning the summit push.
- Start the ascent under the cover of darkness, aiming to reach Stella Point (5,739m) by sunrise.
- Continue the final push to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, for spectacular views and photo opportunities.
- Descend back to Barafu Camp for a rest and hot meal before continuing the descent to Mweka Camp.
- Arrive at Mweka Camp, celebrate your summit success, and rest for the night.
- Descend from Mweka Camp through the lush rainforest, enjoying the descent and reflecting on your journey.
- Arrive at Mweka Gate, where you'll receive your summit certificates and bid farewell to your guides and porters.
- Transfer back to Moshi, where you can enjoy a hot shower, celebratory dinner, and well-deserved rest.
